Past Parade Information:

This year, the parade will be held on Saturday, May 25. As in previous years, the parade will assemble at Indian Valley Middle School on Maple Avenue in Harleysville at 9:30 a.m. The mile-long parade will begin its course promptly at 11 a.m. All participants are required to register at the registration desk, in the school parking lot, on the south side of the building by 10:30 a.m., or we will not be able to guarantee you a spot in the lineup. It’s always a great idea to setup and prepare in advance so you can enjoy the event and parade as much as the onlookers, please don’t wait until the last minute!

Because of time constraints, we ask that any performances during the parade take place while the parade is moving. Unfortunately, stopping in front of the judges at Key Bank, formerly Harleysville National Bank, creates gaps in the parade and makes it difficult for participants behind the performance to catch up with the rest of the parade. Remember… the key to a smooth running parade is organization and a steady pace. Your cooperation in this effort is greatly appreciated by all of our participants!

Please join us back at the fairgrounds, Harleysville Community Center, as we’ll announce the award winners at approximately 1:30 p.m., with trophies and prizes available for pickup at the Food Ticket trailer. All winners will be announce over the PA system and loud speakers. Please have a representative in attendance.
